Water Rates 2025 -2029
On November 19, 2024, the Kinneloa Irrigation District Board of Directors approved the new water rate structure and 5-year water rate schedule for 2025-2029. These changes are effective January 1, 2025, with annual rate adjustments each January 1 through 2029.
The KID water rate has two components:
The Daily Service Charge, based on the customer's meter size, reflects the cost of maintaining readiness to serve and is calculated according to the actual number of days between meter readings.

The Water Usage Charge, applicable to all customers, is a volumetric fee based on consumption, with one unit equal to 100 cubic feet (CCF) or 748 gallons.
